The rules:
AS A TEAM WITH A SPONSOR

As a team, you search for a sponsor and register your team (with either up to 4 or up to 12 participants) online. Hurry up, team registration closes June 30th.

On July 4th you collect a team-distance. Your team takes part in the team competition.

Depending on the current regulations you can either run alone at home or arrange to run/hike/walk-together in small groups.

After the run every runner reports the kilometers he/she has run via the mileage-portal on this website.

The mileage of each runner will then be added to the team's overall mileage account.

You don't have to use a tracker. We trust you.
